Your in-home Physical Therapy Evaluation is your first step toward feeling stronger, safer, and more confident in your daily life. During the PT Evaluation visit, we’ll take time to learn about your history, concerns, and goals so we can understand what matters most to you. Then there will be a complete functional and physical assessment to see how you’re moving and where support may be helpful. With this information, we’ll build a personalized physical therapy care plan tailored to your needs. We will take time to review recommendations, explore in-home physical therapy treatment options, and get answers to any questions. The goal is for you to leave feeling informed, supported, and ready for your next steps.
